Official Registration Deadline: The official registration deadline is Tuesday, July 23, 2013. Registrations will be accepted after this date if space is available, and a $50 late fee will apply.

The LGC’s federal tax ID number is 94-2791699.

The full (3-day) conference registration fee includes:

  • Access to all plenaries, breakouts, workshops and mind mixer sessions in the main conference program (August 13-15, 2013)
  • Conference meals and refreshment breaks
    • Name badge, conference attendees list, and printed program booklet
    • Complimentary transit pass, courtesy of Sacramento Regional Transit

One-day conference registration fee includes:

  • Access to all plenaries, breakouts, workshops and mind mixer sessions held on the selected day
  • Conference meals and refreshment breaks held on the selected day
    • Name badge, conference attendees list, and printed program booklet
    • Complimentary transit pass, courtesy of Sacramento Regional Transit

Meals and breaks provided during the conference include:

  • Tuesday (8/13) — Morning and afternoon coffee breaks, keynote dinner (lunch is not included)
  • Wednesday (8/14) — Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee breaks (lunch and dinner are not included)
  • Thursday (8/15) — Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and lunch

Speaker Registration

All speakers and moderators participating in the conference must register through the online registration system. The discounted speaker registration fee is $225. Once their participation in the program is confirmed, speakers and moderators will receive an official confirmation email from the LGC that will include an access code to use to register as a speaker in the online registration system.

Scholarship Registration

Scholarship recipients participating in the conference must register through the online registration system. If you are awarded a scholarship to attend the 4SRTS conference, you will receive an official scholarship award email that will include an access code to use to register as a scholarship recipient in the online registration system. Only the person receiving the scholarship can use the code, one time.

Sponsor Registration

Depending on their level of sponsorship, sponsors will receive one or more complimentary registrations for the 4SRTS conference. The LGC will provide our key contact person from each sponsoring agency/organization/company a link to access the sponsor registration section of the registration system. Each sponsor will only be able to enter complimentary registrations up to the number they are officially entitled to, based on their sponsorship level.

Modifying Registrations

If you need to modify your registration, you may do so by logging in to the registration system (https://www.regonline.com/4SRTSConf) using the password you created at the time you registered, or via the link provided in your confirmation email. You will have the option to edit your contact information and add or delete tours or other optional activities. You will be asked for credit card information to pay for any additions that carry additional fees.

If you delete any tours or activities that you have previously paid for, the LGC will be notified that a credit adjustment may need to be made to your original registration payment. Please allow 3 business days for any refunds to be credited to the original credit card provided at the time of registration.

Cancellations and Substitutions

Should you need to cancel your registration or replace yourself (send a substitute if you can no longer attend), you may do so by logging back into the registration system (https://www.regonline.com/4SRTSConf) using the password you created at the time you registered, or via the link in your confirmation email.

If you can no longer attend and plan to send someone in your place, simply edit your original registration information to reflect the new attendees’ contact information. The LGC will be notified of the substitution and will provide relevant confirmation information to the new attendee and remove you from the participant list.

Refunds

After July 23rd, NO REFUNDS will be offered.

Refund requests will be honored if received by the July 23rd registration deadline. All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at time of registration. Should a participant need to cancel their registration after July 23rd (for whatever reason), they may replace themselves in the online registration system, no later than August 9th (follow the process described above).

Participant Confirmations

Official Participant Confirmation emails will be sent out to all participants in the registration system starting the third week in July, and twice weekly thereafter as people continue to register up until the conference. Confirmation emails will include information about where and when to check in onsite, as well as other last minute program and logistical details.
